Die Musik verbindet zeitgenössische Strukturen, avantgardistische Rhythmen und Formen mit spontanen Gesten, Intuition und Initiative. Wir verfolgen einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz in der Musik, bei dem das Material als Labor dient, um unsere Individualität innerhalb des Kollektivs zu erforschen. Für uns muss gespielte Musik mit leidenschaftlichem Engagement und unerschütterlicher Hingabe dargeboten werden, daher auch der Begriff „Ritual“, in das sich FEAR O' SHE gemeinsam mit ihrem Publikum stürzen möchte, um tiefer in die hingebungsvolle Intensität repetitiver Bewegungen einzutauchen und Wege zu entdecken und zu erforschen, wie sich Komposition und Improvisation miteinander verbinden lassen.
Obwohl viel Zeit für das Schreiben von Partituren und die Festlegung von Parametern für die Ausführung und das Zusammenspiel aufgewendet wird, wird das Kollektiv immer das Prisma sein, durch das sich diese künstlerische Vision entfaltet.

Die Konzerte im LOFT beginnen in der Regel gegen 20 Uhr - das LOFT öffnet jeweils um 19.30 Uhr.
Ausnahmen in der Winterzeit - zB an Sonntagen - sind möglich.

FEAR O’ SHE gathers a constellation of emerging and established improvisers around Tancrède's compositions and concepts.

The music merges contemporary structures, avant-garde rhythms and forms with spontaneous gestures, intuition and initiative. We aim to take a holistic approach to music where material is brought forth as a laboratory to explore our individualities within the collective. For us, performed music is to be projected fiercely and with unyielding commitment, hence the notion of ‘ritual’ in which FEAR O' SHE wish to throw themselves along with their audience; delving further into the devotional intensity of repetitive motions, discovering and exploring and ways of interlacing composing with improvising.
Although a substantial amount of time is spent scripting scores and creating parameters of execution and interplay, the collective will always be the prism through which this artistic vision unfolds.


The concerts at the LOFT will generally start at around 8.00 pm CET - the LOFT will open at 7.30 pm CET.
Exceptions during wintertime - eg on Sundays - are possible.
